Terms & Conditions for The Hive

Welcome to The Hive! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.hive-venue.com, ticket purchases, event attendance, and venue rentals. By engaging with The Hive, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Purchases & Event Attendance

  • Advance Sales: All advance ticket sales are handled through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite’s Terms of Service.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available up to 3 days before the event through Eventbrite unless otherwise noted. After that, sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Refunds are always returned to the original payment source.

  • At-the-Door Sales: Tickets purchased at the door are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled.

  • Entry: Admission is only guaranteed with a valid ticket. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

2. Venue Rentals & Rehearsal Bookings

  • Deposits: All rentals require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless The Hive cancels the booking.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations more than 14 days in advance may receive a refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

  • Conduct: Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and for leaving the space in good condition. Damages or excessive cleaning needs may result in additional charges.

3. Community Events

  • The Hive hosts and provides space for community events, art shows, and gatherings. Not all community activities are organized by The Hive. In such cases, The Hive is not responsible for content, operations, or any claims arising from third-party events.

4. Acceptable Use of Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Copy or redistribute content without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, text, and media on this site are the property of The Hive LLC unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hive LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from attendance at events, venue rentals, or use of this website. Event attendance is at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.
